Women’s Health Week

To celebrate International Women’s Day, the Loreto College Alumnae Association, in collaboration with the Women and Gender Development Cell of Loreto College observed Women’s Health Week from 9th to 13th March 2026 with the aim of promoting awareness about physical, mental, and emotional well-being among women. The week featured a series of engaging sessions, including strength Training, Zumba, Yoga, Dance Movement Therapy, and Mindfulness Resource persons shared valuable insights on stress management, fitness, and preventive healthcare. Students, staff, and alumnae actively participated in the sessions, making the programme both informative and empowering. The initiative encouraged participants to adopt healthier lifestyles and prioritize self-care. Overall, Women’s Health Week successfully created a supportive space for dialogue, learning, and awareness about women’s health and well-being.
