The Department of Political Science organized the first Alumnae Lecture under the annual departmental theme "Roots to Wings" for the Semester 1 students on November 14, 2025. The lecture was delivered by Ms. Rituja Ghosh, an alumna of the Batch of 2017, currently associated with the Kautilya School of Public Policy.
Ms. Ghosh spoke on the theme “Liberty, Equality and Rights”, offering both conceptual clarity and contemporary relevance of these foundational political ideas. She also shared valuable insights into her academic and professional journey after graduating from Loreto College, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary learning, research exposure, and leadership skills in shaping a career in public policy.
