Budgeting: Scrutinizing and recommending the annual budget, ensuring all financial plans align with institutional goals.

Financial Oversight: Monitoring expenditure and income, and reviewing audit reports to ensure financial discipline and compliance.

Fund Mobilization: Exploring and advising on new revenue streams, such as grants, donations, or new academic programs, to support development.

Policy Formulation: Creating and reviewing financial policies related to fees, salaries, and resource allocation.
