Lunch Day for Support Staff

The AICUF members of Loreto College organized a special Lunch Day for the support staff and agency members of our college. The initiative was undertaken as a gesture of gratitude and appreciation for their constant support and invaluable contribution to the smooth functioning of our institution.

For lunch, biryani was served along with dessert, while light snacks such as chips and cold drinks were also arranged. The programme was further enlivened with two engaging games-musical chairs and passing the parcel. The winners of these games were presented with specially prepared goodies bags, which brought great joy to them.

A particularly cherished moment of the day was the distribution of college-logo printed bags to the staff. These were deeply appreciated, as many expressed that they had long wished to own such mementos. The event created an atmosphere of warmth and celebration, filled with dancing, singing, laughter, and heartfelt camaraderie.

The staff members shared that in their 36 years of service, this was the first time students had organized such an occasion for them. Their words moved us profoundly, reaffirming the significance of this initiative.

As AICUF members, we feel both proud and humbled to have created this opportunity. It is our earnest desire to carry this forward as a tradition in the years to come, as a small but meaningful way to express our gratitude, respect, and thankfulness towards the support staff who form an integral part of the Loreto family.
